undefeated in the league during 2003/04 and then in 2004/05 seeing arather

the club and players alike have learnt some harsh lessons and we are putting
into place a new training structure to enable us to challenge once again
for league titles and cups under the leadership of 1st XV Captain Ian
Reynolds (Burt) assisted by Chris Hinton (Cherry) </font></p>

willing group of new members wanting to play rugby and with Davies' enthusiam
as 2nd XV skipper ably assisted by David Ward, i'm sure these lads will
develop and soon challenge for places in the 1st XV.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Julie Wilkins has taken over
as Ladies Captain after finishing 5th in the league,<br>
I'm confident they will gain a higher placing this season</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Youth Rugby is beginning to
thrive with a strong U15 team already in place, our next step is to revive
mini rugby and with such an enthusiastic group of coaches, Ian Reynolds,
Tom Greaney and Richard Smith at the helm I'm sure this will soon follow.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Our New Match Floodlights are
due to be in operation for this season, so look out in the local press
for details of midweek games that will soon take place.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">I hope to see you all during
the season, supporting either the Senior, Ladies or Youth rugby or at
our ever popular VP luncheons.</font></p>
